Our loft-style apartments are designed to blend comfort, modern elegance, and local charm. Each unit features a private indoor jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. You'll also have a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare your own meals or enjoy a quiet breakfast in your space.



The interiors are warm and thoughtfully decorated, with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV to make you feel right at home. Some of the units also offer balconies with views of the neighborhood.



Whether you’re visiting for work or pleasure, this is a space designed to inspire comfort and connection with the essence of Medellín.

The apartment is located in the vibrant El Poblado area, one of Medellín's most exclusive neighborhoods. Just steps away, you'll find Provenza, offering a wide variety of restaurants, ranging from authentic Colombian cuisine to international options. Our location also features a great selection of dining options and a charming spot for afternoon drinks, along with a small coworking area that will make your visit a memorable experience.



Additionally, you’ll be within walking distance of Parque Lleras, a lively meeting point where locals and tourists mingle, perfect for socializing and exploring. The area is filled with fashion boutiques, art galleries, and unique shops, offering plenty of options for shopping and experiencing the local culture.

We recommend using UBER to move around.

In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:

- Names of each guest
