I was really disappointed when I arrived at the hotel. The pictures looked amazing on your website, but that's not how the hotel looks. The young lady who was working at the front desk was really rude, and the bartender who was working the bar on the one night we went to the bar was also very rude. I've been to Medellin several times. I would not reccommend this hotel.

Excellent property. The place is centric. The room spotless and Ansó let’s mention Ismael , John, Andres and Daniel. They were extremely professional and made me feel right at home. This is my 5th time with this hotel and won’t be the last. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED

Had to switch to a second room since first one was too noisy. AC could be colder. Breakfast is mid at best. Hotel is good for the price. Stayed there twice and will probably stay there again

I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay. Upon check-in, we were surprised with an unforeseen $50 per guest charge that had never been mentioned during booking, on the hotel’s website, or in any communication prior to arrival. This lack of transparency felt misleading and left a very negative impression. The stay itself was fine, but this unexpected fee completely overshadowed the experience. Guests deserve clear and upfront information about all costs before they commit to a reservation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel until they improve their communication and pricing transparency.

I have stayed at the hotel multiple times in the past and had no issue. This time the room I booked was not available. The hotel staff offered to look for another hotel for me. They did nothing to reimburse me for the difference. Also the tv in the room was very old and only had direct tv.

Property looks cool on pictures, i like industrial contruction, but this place was dark looks very dingy and, the very small fridge was inside the bathroom, coffee was not available only until the afternoon. This hotel could used drawers or something to place your clothes. When ask for an upgraded, they "said we are going to ask" still waiting for the answer. Beds were so hard, but the was fix after the first day, Stuff Was nice, but did not resolve any issue. I wanted to stay another week in the area, instead, i look for a different place. Definitely i wont stay here again.

Location was great, right in the middle of all the restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. Walkable to most things. My advice when checking in, DO NOT accept room 504. For one, no view, you’re looking at a wall of the neighbouring building. Two, breakfast is served in the restaurant directly above you. You’re continually heating scraping chairs on the concrete floor ALL MORNING! Staff were pleasant albeit a bit stand-off’ish by the guy when I arrived. He didn’t seem very happy.
