PROPERTY RULES:

1) Every guest and visitor must be registered and show a valid passport or ID at the entrance of the house. We have a host available 24/7 for security and service.
2) ANYONE UNDER 18 MUST BE WITH THEIR PARENTS OR BRING NOTARIZED PERMISSION.
3) No sound systems or DJs are allowed.
4) Any damage caused to the house or its belongings must be reported and will be charged.
5) In case of fire, evacuate the house.
6) Smoking any substance, including cigarettes and tobacco, is strictly prohibited inside the house. There is a $50.00 USD charge if smoking is detected indoors.
7) Do not leave any items or objects with the house staff.
8) Pets are allowed but must be taken care of.
9) SEX AND DRUG TRAFFICKING IS A CRIME. ANY DRUG ABUSE, CHILD TRAFFICKING, OR HUMAN TRAFFICKING WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. ACCORDING TO LAW 679 OF 2001, THE ENTRY OF MINORS TO ANY TOURIST ESTABLISHMENT FOR PROSTITUTION OR SEXUAL ABUSE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
10) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
11) Each time you leave the apartment, turn off the air conditioning, lights, and close the windows and the front door.
12) Be careful when using the pool; no diving, and avoid consuming food or alcohol.
13) To conserve the environment, please be responsible with water and electricity consumption.
14) The house security is not responsible for losses inside the house. For your safety, there are surveillance cameras controlled by a private security company.
15) Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

*Please keep noise to a minimum, especially on weekdays and late at night. There is a $150 USD fine for excessive noise.

Additional cleaning services are available at an extra cost.
