This bright and comfortable 2 bed 1 bath cottage is centrally located in the heart of the Rogue Valley. It’s walking distance to downtown where you will find many restaurants and coffee shops. It’s 2.5 miles from Asante medical center and close to Jacksonville, an old gold mining town and home of the Britt festival. 12 miles south you’ll find Ashland, home of the Shakespeare festival. Great location for celebrating the holidays

Spent Christmas here to be with a family member that lives in Medford. Kitchen was well stocked and were able to make all the meals for the holiday celebration and even able to make gingerbread cookies. Very close to stores and restaurants. Owner was very responsive to any questions and stopped by to greet us as we checked in.

Well appointed cottage

The cottage was located downtown near everything and the beds & linens were an excellent quality. There were coffee beans and a grinder, olive oil salt & pepper. Those things while small make the stay easy and comfortable.
