Noisy by freeway, unlit parking, staff lukewarm!

The front desk staff were ok but not really friendly. Maybe the holiday (Easter) weekend having to work was all they could muster, being friendly or helpful was too much. We parked under a large cherry tree in full blossom and shedding a lot because it was the only spot near the entry and well lit! Only two handicap spots and the other was occupied by a non handicap signed pickup. The young people we saw the next morning definitely didn’t show any physical handicap. So I have to assume no staff patrols the lot and it was not lighted so felt insecure with possessions in the car! Traveling from winter to summer homes it’s impossible to unload a full car! Our car was blanketed with the fallen blossoms and I asked the front desk clerk for a broom as we couldn’t even get in let alone drive it. No offer of assistance but a broom was finally found. It’s ok that old folks in their 80’s in an accessible room had to park in a poor spot because the young folks didn’t want to and clean off the car in the morning while watching those young folks take pictures of the pretty blossoms with no help from the hotel staff. But the worst was the road noise from I 5. We will never stay there again. No security in parking lot, not very friendly or helpful staff can be acceptable for a clean room but the poorly insulated windows that allow unacceptable amount of noise from a close freeway…NO! Oh, breakfast was better than some but lots of luke warm greese and starch and rotting bananas made it 3-

Price point was not met

It was very good and comfortable. I was charged $50 more than told through this app. That seems excessive to me. I understand $10-15 but $50 was hugher than our budget was expected. Also, it showed pets allpwed and when we got there they said no pets. So our dogs had to stay in our truck

Nothing good, worst stay of any hotel, any time, anywhere, ever! All the doors slam shut, poor adjust no soft close. Mismatched flooring levels (trip hazard) toilet as low as a kindergarten chair, faucet barley sticks out over the sink - can't hardly get your hands under the water, charging outlets are worn, cords fall out! Couch has no support, and blinds won't stay open. If you want to plug something in at the desk you have to crawl under it to get to an outlet. Sounded like there was a sumo wrestling match above our room all four nights we were there. The main hall had a party going on night one. The hallway was full of pot smoke and people were going in and out of the room with loud music playing till 1:00 a.m. people going in and out the back entry door.
