The bed was not as comfortable as I expected with all of the family friendly reviews. My back hurt the next day and my partner didn’t sleep well either. We parked our car for ten days there at a great price, but when my husband called to ask for the third party taxi service to pick him up from the airport, the front desk said we had already utilized this service and it was not available for him a second time. When he explained we had not used a taxi during our stay he was still denied. It was an unpleasant experience overall, but great parking prices.

Room was very clean and modern looking, staff was very friendly. Good location close to the freeway, and there’s a coffee shop next door that’s pretty convenient. My only complaint was that the doors to the rooms, which are very big and heavy, don’t have anything to dampen/slow them down. Starting from about 5AM when people start to get up, there’s a barrage of loud THUDs and, depending on how close it is to your room, it’ll send a literal shockwave through the room. I’m not exaggerating. You can hear doors slamming shut from all up and down the hall and from other floors.
