Great hotel . Clean. Luxury and next door to Green Dome. However a bit far from the ladies entrance gate 13 especially as the outside areas are occupied and one has to go all around. However just learnt that there is a shuttle bus to and from the Haram from level B1

We waited for 3 hrs to get our room after we got manager involved. Every time you inquire at reception, they say room ready in 10 minutes and will call you when ready and they never did. Cleaning and restaurant staff excellent and we were impress by Mr Ahmed Sultan ID1806, and his other workers while having dinner and breakfast. He foresees what customers require and attends promptly with smile. Great asset to your hotel. Hope your staff at reception could be like him. Rooms excellent except most rooms are connecting. Excellent choices of food both in dinner and breakfast.

The carpet in the room was dirty. Even I requested to clean.but no show .. Otherwise very very close to masjid Nabvi. But men area from this facility great. But for women is very far to pray in masjid Navi women area. For women you have to find other hotels.. Because women have to long walk for prayer in masjid Nabvi. Don’t recommend for women z But for men is the best hotel..

We arrived very early in the morning, and although check-in is usually at 4:00 pm, Hamza at the reception greeted us very warmly. He assured us that he would inform us as soon as a room became available. We went for Fajr Salah, and shortly after we returned, he provided us with the key to one of our two rooms and promised that the second room would be ready shortly, on the same floor as we had requested. Breakfast was very diverse, catering to different cultures, with plenty of options and more than enough for everyone. We truly had a great time, and the hotel’s location was excellent, just steps away from Masjid Nabawi Shareef. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Madinah.
