This private holiday house is all you need. 2 cosy bedrooms with matrimonial beds, living room with couch for additional 2 persons, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower and one extra toilet. In the middle of the house are stairs which takes you to the first floor - the large terrace with sitting area and perfectly relaxing view on the olive trees and sea!

Soak up the sun in the garden while your family and friends are making a delicious dinner on the grill in the backyard! Take advantage of the perfectly located holiday house, outside of the noise of the concerts, bars and restaurants, but close enough to reach it in 2 minutes with a car!

First beach is 1,4 km away! Gorgeous sandy beach Bijeca is only 2 km away!

While in Medulin enyoing your vacation you can visit some of the islannd of the Medulin arrchipelago. It is a real paradies for lovers of nature. Islands Ceja, Levan, Bodulaš are perfect for the whole day excursion since they offer catering facilities. Besides the Medulin archipelago is ideal for windsurfers, water skies and perfect for diving. You can reach all islands by your own boat, taxi boat or you can rent a boat.

Medulin Riviera is ideal for cyclists since the area has one of the most beautiful mountain bike trails in Istria.

In Medulin there are also many other possibilities such as horse riding, tennis, beach volleyball.

Take some time to visit ancient Pula, Istrian Mummies, National Park Brijuni, Nature Park Cape Kamenjak, Venice, Baredine Cave or take part of a panoramic flight over the whole area.
