You will be staying in a 4-room villa with a total area of 170 square meters, spread across two levels. The modern furnishings include a living/dining room equipped with a satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning. The living/dining room provides access to the terrace and swimming pool. One of the rooms on the ground floor features a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and a satellite TV (flat screen) with air conditioning, and has an exit leading to the garden. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. On the upper floor, you will find two additional rooms. The first room has a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, a satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning, with access to the terrace. The second room on the upper floor has 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, a satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning, also with an exit leading to the terrace.
