The modern holiday apartment Alex is located on the 5th floor of a quiet and well-kept residential complex and is ideal for a holiday for two. The tastefully furnished apartment features a living/dining area (with a sofa bed for a third person), a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, and a bathroom, offering space for up to three people. Wi-Fi, fans, satellite TV, a washing machine, a baby cot, and a high chair for children are available. The small, furnished south-facing balcony invites you to enjoy the view of Lake Constance and the Alps. The nearest supermarket is 700 metres away (about 2 minutes by car). You can reach the old town of Meersburg in about 10 minutes on foot (850 metres), where you will find numerous restaurants and cafés. There you will also find Meersburg Castle, the New Palace, and many other sights. The lakeside promenade and harbour are about 2 kilometres away (5 minutes by car). From there, you can start excursions such as hikes or bike tours around Lake Constance, or simply take a walk and enjoy the lake.
