Points forts : Propreté
The building condition was very good, including location I like. The negative aspects were:1) immediately after accessing the property in notice about 4 pieces of non-stick cooking ware and all were in excesivamente poor unhealthy conditions due to being scratched all over, as a result it can release unhealthy particles during cooking. I immediately reported and was told, “they can’t be replaced in the mid-stay”. I again explained that it is the beginning of my 2-week planned stay, and again I was told “NO”It is very frustrating I then reported using a form in the company online site and reminded them of the consumer protection laws that require them to provide useful elements that is in good condition. Not until, then, I was able for them to rend a new set in 48 hours. They should have inspected everything before property being rented and I did not have to go through problems for it.Second issues, my stay was for 2-weeks for 2 people and they provided shampoo and conditioner 1oz each that it was good only for one day. Third issue , there were no trash bagsto replace the current one. Fourth, there were no floor rug for after shower and rugs for shower and only 1 piece of rug for the kitchen for 2 weeks Fifth: the electric vacuum roller is filthy excessively dirty filled with hair among others and as such unable to pick up or suck particles from the floor. Sixth: the wall AC is old and hard to regulate temperature because it works at all time
