The check-in process was not ideal. It took quite some time to find the lock box. The place was not very clean. The bathroom had dirty corners around the shower as well as black mold in the grout and behind the sink. The walls had marks where tape had been. There was no instructions on how to operate anything. No coffee, tea, milk as is normal. The bed was just on a box spring on the floor so very low. The carpet in the bedroom had stains. The chain for one of the three blinds was missing. No hand towels or wash clothes in the bathroom. No extra blankets or pillows. Bed did not have a top sheet. The hallway outside the apartment had filthy carpeting and after it rained it smelled horrible. Would not recommend not would we stay here again.

As it was during the winter, extra bedding would have been nice.
Check in and out process with the team was smooth and they had great communication.
The apartment was great, the side we stayed on was quiet with not much noise.
Its does need a little (TLC) on a few things that i noticed.(carpets and stovetop to be given a better clean)
Although in saying so they are minor things and if i had to come back to melb in future i would not mind returning here.
Had a great stay at Molly’s. Very walkable area and super close to Queen Victoria Market and Flagstaff Gardens park.

Not sure if it was an oversight but there was no face washers or hand towels provided. There was also no salt and pepper nor tea bags or coffee which has been the normal in other holiday rental we have stayed at.
Great place to stay in the cbd in Melbourne, very convenient and comfortable. The apartment had all we needed and was very clean. There is a great jacuzzi and at the reception there is a man from 4 different countries whom was very nice and friendly to us. He was always ready to help. Carlo Badalamenti
Great location, close to Queen Victoria Market & walking distance from Southern Cross Station. Plenty of eateries in the area. Apartment had everything we needed.
We had a great time in Melbourne. The place is very cute and right next to the Queen Victoria Market. Please be sure to ask about parking as you can request it to be added to your stay. This was a lot cheaper than other options. Very nice pool and great location. Having laundry was also a bonus. Highly recommend.
The apartment was in a high rise building with a concierge on duty all day. We felt very secure walking around at night to and from a show and a football game; and the concierge was very helpful as far as hiw to catch trams/buses, etc. Very central to lots of lovely restaurants, markets and speciality shops. Definitely worth booking parking when making a reservation.
The apartment is perfect from inside and has everything you will need for a good stay. Do not let the dirty corridor leading up to the apartment fool you. There is a super market right below and also east coast car rental which was super convenient for me. The beds specially are extremely comfortable for a wonderful nights sleep. Perfect apartment to see Melbourne.
