The property was well managed and clean. Had a great view and amazing neighbourhood. The host was super communicative and very helpful. The process of reciveing the key and dropping them off was in THEORY - simple, but for those travellers, who have not seen or operated the 'LOCK BOX" - The expereince was a bit unverving - especially becasue the Lock box assigned to us was not in proper wokring condition.
Awesome location, spectacular view. Free tram stop right at the front door.

The property is new but not clean, the air conditioner vent was covered with thick dust, the bed sheet covered with hairs, bathroom and kitchen all dirty and the floor was covered with dirt. The air conditioner didn't work either on a hot day and calls to Expedia and the key holders was not acted on to send someone to check of fix the issue.
Loved the access to the tram line and Melbourne's free trams. The view from the 20th floor, over the Yarra and right out to Port Phillip Bay and the shipping terminals, was stunning. Also, it was pretty quiet. We asked to be able to drop our baggage off earlier than check-in. Tanni was very helpful with this. She met us early in the day and gave us the key so we had full access all day. We highly recommend this as very good accommodation.
The property itself is nice, with 2 bedrooms and a living space. This should be on Air BNB and not Wotif. The communication was awful. Wrong address on Wotif. Key collection was a nightmare. Emails with instructions had conflicting instructions. Deserves better management.
