New apartment with state of art fixings. Conveniently located on the famous Burke Rd where plenty of cafes, restaurants, and fashion shops are hosted. Only 400m to the Camberwell train station. 10 minutes train trip into Melbourne CBD.

The apartment has 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, both have a formal bed. It is ideal to accommodate 2-3 people. However, the sofa in the spacious living area is a double-bed sized sofa bed, which can accommodate additional two people if required. A large dinning table is set next to Kitchen.

There is a car park space for this apartment in the basement. The entrance to the basement carpark area has a 2.1 m height limitation. The basement car park is accessed via Kintore St.

Camberwell is a cute neighborhood with loads of charters. It is the home of many private schools, leafy streets, and plenty of vibrant little restaurants (any cuisine you can think of), cafes, shops. It also has brilliant transportation facilities into city or getting around.

Had a great stay here for the formula 1. Trams easily accessible right out front and some great restaurants nearby, we loved Sam’s bbq and steak house. Easy to access unit and garage to check in. Richard supplied all details on the day for an easy stress free stay. Will be staying again next time I’m in Melbourne.

Everything you need for your stay

Apartment was clean and bright. Plenty of towels and other necessities. Richard is a lovely man and alway available if needed. It's in an ideal location for the trams, rail station and so many shops and cafes serving amazing food and coffee. Definitely rent again.

All we needed for 3 nights in Melbourne. Excellent location close to rail and shops. Out of the city rat race, yet close enough for easy commute to town. Unit was very clean, with plenty of towels. Communication with Richard was easy as was check in and check out. Only small negative is 2nd bedroom is tiny and with no window to outside.

The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable with every we needed. It was spacious and light-filled with a good sized balcony. The secure undercover parking was a bonus. The location was great - close to shops, restaurants and transport. Richard was very friendly and helpful which made accessing the key, the booking-in process, etc very easy and convenient. The three of us enjoyed staying in the apartment, it is on a main road, so is very close and handy to the amenities in Camberwell. There are good restaurants, cafes, bookshops and other stores. It is a quick and easy train trip into the city centre for visiting various tourist exhibitions. The owner communicated clearly and politely and was organised. The apartment is comfortable and clean. It has a dining table with 4 chairs, and we were able to have friends visit for meals and our child could go to bed at his usual time, which made a difference to the quality of our stay. We would stay there again and we would recommend it to family and friends.
