We love how close the flat is to Rathdowne Village and the delicatessen there, to Fitzroy, to Edinburgh gardens (just 10 mins walk), to Brunswick St and a short tram ride to the city on the 96 tram stop out front.
Getting Around:
96 Tram stop is a few moments walk away. A short taxi ride to/from the airport via the freeway.
Other Things to Note:
Upon booking confirmation, we kindly asks for guests names as well as a copy of photo ID of the person making the booking. This is due to an increase of fraud id and security issues.
For guests which have less than three 5-star reviews, we do request that a $200 security deposit is made The deposit is released within 48 hours of checkout if everything is in good order.
