I don’t understand how this place has an 8 rating. Parking is potluck and it’s seriously hard to get out if theres no parks, like drive to the end and try a 50 point turn! The grounds are full of dodgy characters on drugs and highs and lows, I was terrified when I had to walk through one evening, approached by unhinged person claiming to be a manager locked out of his room, abusing me for not having sharing a key. Rooms are basic with hospital like wet room showers. There’s no lift and 4 flights of stairs if you’re on the top..walls are thin, and you can hear everything and everyone. Directly opp my room a DV situation started, guy screaming he’s just out of jail, spitting and being violent at this poor woman, had to call cops. At 9pm I’d had enough, so terrified for this poor woman (and myself) Management too scared to step in and don’t evict!!! The police had to be called 3 nights in a row, this felt and sounded like it was a common occurrence here. Arguments happening everywhere in this place, is a seriously disturbing place like dodgy halfway house. Almost broke my neck taking luggage down at 5.30am no one to help. Shops aren’t far thank goodness but upon checkout I realised all my food had gone bad as mini fridge had failed. I felt totally unsafe, untested and disgusted I’d paid $550 for 4 nights to stay in the worst designed, noisiest dodgiest place. Never again. Ferals everywhere!

everything was very easy to navigate and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Parking is easily accessible as it’s right under the hotel. Very close to nearby groceries and only 20 mins from CBD while still being quiet daily.

The staff at this property went above and beyond to solve a small problem for me which was amazing of them and they were so nice about it. Parking was really easy to find and use but be warned for cars over 2 meters tall it is low parking. Other than that they had a very good kitchen which made it super easy for me to cook breakfast for my partners birthday which is why we stayed there. They had more facilities and utensils than I was expecting which was lovely. Staff were absolutely lovely.
