Knew we were waiting in the lobby, never got text , checked for the third time at 3pm, room ready, concierge said yeah talk to front desk about it. So they can say sorry? Lol not wasting any more time in the lobby

Check-in was good. Room 1780 was quiet, as requested and it had a wonderful view of the city, especially the city night lights! It was spacious enough for two. Curtains are automated. The bed was comfortable, for our personal preference. Small mini bar with limited contents. A kettle, but no espresso machine in the room. Robes and slippers provided! 😉 Room service was limited and only until 9.00pm.
