We welcome dogs to stay at the property with you, however, guests must obtain pre-approval and pay a pet surcharge for each pet that they wish to bring with them to the venue. Once the approval is made and the pet surcharge is paid, a Pet Approval Code will be issued and must be provided in your check-in form. No pets are permitted at the venue without a Pet Approval Code. The pet surcharge covers additional set-up costs prior to guest arrival and a standard commercial pet cleaning service. There is no outdoor fenced-in area or yard, so pets must be on a leash at all times when outside and their droppings must be picked up and disposed of in the outdoor garbage bin. We do not cater for cats, rabbits, ferrets or birds. Please contact us prior to making a booking to receive a quote for the pet surcharge and see if your dog will be approved.

Hard access for older people to get in and out of the property not clean at all on the outside lots of cobwebs and rubbish no broom to sweep the floor as we stayed three days lots of safety issues on the pathways hard access to the shower very slippery over all very hard to get your hand in to open the door from the outside door very stiff to open disappointed
My husband and I booked a much needed weekend away at Etna cottage. We soon realised that there was no body wash / soap or bottle opener supplied. We texted the number provided in the user manual to which we received a response 'IGA closes at 8pm'. Im sorry to say that is not good enough...There was no bulb in the bedside lamp, barely any paper towel provided, the kitchenware was filthy, (the oven glove had a hole in it). There was specific signage advising of high cleaning standards - how can you expect guests to clean something that was so filthy to begin with? i'm sorry but it was not acceptable.
Firstly we were put in a different cottage than we booked and told by the owner thats where we'll be staying, no sorry...wasnt a great start.
I had picked the Etna because it was seperate to the other two cottages and i really liked the look of the cottage.
Next was the wet firewood and kindling that we paid extra for that wouldnt stay alight because it was bubbling water and then fan doesnt work on the fire place.
The next set back was sitting down to a nice platter and bottle of wine in our smokey room while we had to listen to our neighbours in he throws of passion...hows the serenity.
Just when we thought things couldnt get worse the possum started scratching and running around the roof just as we settled into a comfy bed with the worst pillows ive ever slept on, one was like a rock the other felt like a handful of cotton balls in a pillow slip...the headache and neck pain was the worst.
Instead of a morning coffee on the patio we got a mud puddle at the front door and as for the spa, it was that freezing in the bathroom that i didnt even bother running it.
What was supposed to be a nice weekend without the kids and alarms for work, we come home completely exhausted and disappointed.
The Etna cottage was prepared well prior to our arrival heater and music was on which made us feel very welcome .bed was comfortable spa was nice .cozy private secluded.
