PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday, or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer, and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5-night minimum applies. Any one or two-night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single-night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. And for New Year's Eve, there is a 50% loading.

Common facilities are now open to use.

Located literally in the heart of Southbank, you will be within 10 minutes walk to many of the great things that Melbourne is renowned for including the heart of the Crown Casino entertainment complex.

An exquisite array of restaurants, the Arts Center, theatre, Federation Square, The Yarra River, etc.. etc.... what else might you be looking for? If it isn't on your doorstep then it will not be too far either on foot or using the extensive and efficient public transport infrastructure which is on your doorstep.

Perched high up on the 18th floor, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse apartment has a personal spa in the ensuite bathroom.

Each bedroom has hotel-style beds which can be split into two singles, so you have a choice of a king bed or two single beds in each bedroom, subject to the timing of request. The apartment can sleep up to 8, with 2 guests on comfortable single-size fold-up beds. Bookings over 6 people will attract a nightly surcharge of $50 per person for the use of each fold-up bed.

The price quoted is based upon 6 guests. The apartment is not suitable for children.

Facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, and gym.

Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 1.95m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Four (4) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group.

From time to time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs, etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced.

Large gatherings, events, and parties are prohibited and may result in eviction and loss of security bond. Any such events must be approved by the property manager at the time of reservation request.
