Between Stayaz and 2 other companies the emails were overwhelming. Phone call from Comfy almost harassing due to constant contacting.Picking up keys at a bottle shop a joined to a pub very unprofessional , let alone being expected to return keys there. I departure was early Sunday morning...pubs not open. the hassel of trying to exit the property with a car and getting the keys back into the apartment then out..ment using a fire escape. Initial information had no information on how to enter with a car.The balcony door did not lock.Price advertised led us to believe our stay would be 700. Turned out there were hidden costs.Will not use Stayaz again
