Check in was really bad. Booked there deluxe room shown as Queen bed when arrived was too single beds queen bedroom was unavailable after run one hour discussion and venting my frustrations. I went back online to book another room elsewhere and found that that hotel had six rooms left with queen beds. They made me upgrade and pay an extra $90 which I did very disappointed that what if would allow our hotel advertise and picture queen size bedrooms and then on arrival give you a room with two single beds in it. The lady at the counter was rude and unhelpful. I will be booking with stayscom from now on not happy.

Room is clean and spacious. Polite and helpful staff. Breakfast option is limited but fair as considered it is an included with room rate. Location is good, 3-5 mins walk to Flinder Street Station. The parking is secured.
