This 1BR apartment in CBD is a stone's throw from the Queen Vic Market and walking distance to Yarra River, Melbourne Park and all the charming neighborhoods. Good amenities like laundry, cooking facilities and key fob entry. Plenty of grocery stores, wine shops and convenience stores close by. Owners provided a wonderful guide to MELB.
This property was very tastefully decorated and had a great view NNW. The northern view was a new high rise being built, interesting. Proximity to the Vic Markets was ideal. The proximity also to transport on the trams made it a very central location.
The facilities in the apartment were plentiful and information on Melbourne and surrounding areas also available and informative. A great weekend!
1. Very noisy from beg sites. 2. To close the window it needed 2 people or rip your fingers. 3. Very tired mattress. 4. Very hot in bedroom due to no air flow so needed air con on all night. 5. Very hot during the day due to nth facing windows and sun streaming in. Can't imagine how it would be in summer. 6. No tea towel. 7. Pots and pans cheap motel quality. 8. Badly draining shower causing a very slippery floor in shower..
9. Being close to public transport and Vic Mkt was great.
Hayley was fantastic in being communicative to ensure a smooth and accommodating check in/out process. The apartment was clean, spacious and cosy. Great amenities were provided. We felt right at home with a touch of luxury. Thank you Hayley!
Property great. Unfortunately had to return home 7 days early due to Covid 19. Thanks anyway. Beautiful city. Keep as safe as you can. We are symptom free after 10 days of isolation. Grace Ïlip
