This luxury Mount Martha hideaway is a fabulous home away from home. Perfectly styled and renovated with large solar heated pool and gas heated spa.

Note: Our solar heated pool relies on the heat from the sun to warm the water. During the cooler months, the pool water will not be warm. We recommend planning your swim times accordingly or enjoying a refreshing cold water swim!

Just a 20 min walk to the beach, short drive to cafes.
Be entertained with 3/4 size billiard table, 4 bedrooms and three gorgeous bathrooms, 2 living spaces and outdoor entertaining with views. Outdoor spaces for the kids to run, there is even a set of swings!

You will be wowed as soon as you pull up to the security gates of this property and then once you walk through the front door that feeling will continue, it's simply gorgeous.

On the ground floor we have open plan living including dining table for 8, gorgeous kitchen with bench seats for 4, large family bathroom with bath and lounge area with smart TV. (Air conditioned)

Bedroom two: Double bunk, with a single above.
Upstairs: leads to the master bedroom with ensuite which is air conditioned. King bed. Access to the balcony from the landing area and bedroom.
Downstairs: you have the second living space with a full sized billiard table, second smart TV.
Fourth bedroom with queen bed and bathroom.

Entertaining room with large billiard table, fireplace, wet bar and smart tv.

Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Wifi, Netflix and full linen included.
Air conditioning to main living and master bedroom, heating throughout.

We welcome bookings from families only at this property, with a maximum of six adults. If your account doesn't have any reviews, please don't use the instant book function. We would appreciate it if you sent an inquiry to us first.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Well behaved pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.
