A bit pricey and needs some updating!
Overall the stay was pleasant and convenient location close to the shops and had special welcome wine and biscuits & Milk! Bed rooms were well presented! However for the price, we expected more especially the bathrooms and toilets! Needs upgrading for sure! It’s definitely an old house that has been done up and well presented overall but we were expecting abit more lux for the price we paid & official check in time 4pm is too late although we were able to get in at 3pm.

Honestly a good place to stay to just get away
Comfortable and close to the essentials, highly recommend going for night walks and just taking in an area that you're not used to

So close to the shops!
We stayed as a young family of 4 and I as a busy mum got my check in date mixed up so I turned up at Rosebud a day early,😱 Luckily for us, the host quickly accomodated for the extra night. Communication between the host and us was super prompt. Everything is available at the property. So close to the shops and by gym BFT. Thank you again

Great family birthday stay
This is a wonderful home for our family to meet and stay. So comfortable, (every bed was reportedly very cosy). Lovey shady back yard for the kids to run around on, heaps of room for 5 adults and 3 kids. Also, we were allowed to check in early to get the young ones out of the sun. This was much appreciated.

Spacious and convenient
We really enjoyed the stay, house accommodated all 9 people nicely. The Wii was an added bonus that kep the kids entertained with heaps of board games and backyard space to kick a footy. Cleaners were just finishing up when we checked in.
