Completely Renovated Feb 2021 Gorgeous pool home with 4 bedrooms, 3 New bathrooms, New kitchen with granite, breakfast nook, breakfast bar, open to dining and living. All living areas overlook the pool (can be heated) & private back yard. Huge game room with sofa, TV, ping pong table and 2 twins. Fully stocked vacation house with extra soft sheets & luxury towels.

4 Miles to Amazing beaches & walking distance to Downtown Melbourne. 19 Miles/27 Minutes to USSSA Space Coast Complex, Orlando theme parks about 1 hour away. Space Center 45 minutes away. Centrally located.

Great family home for baseball/softball families participating at USSSA Sports Complex in Viera. Only 19 miles/27 minutes drive.

MAIN LIVING AREA: Enter this private home into the open living space that has 3 huge sliders overlooking the pool from all areas. Dining room with seating for 8.

MASTER: Large, bright master bedroom with 2 queens and a trundle (2 twins) plus new full bath. Separate entrance.

2ND MASTER BEDROOM: King bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

3RD BEDROOM: King bedroom.

4TH BEDROOM: King bedroom.

GAME ROOM: Industrial room with 55" TV, ping pong table and sofa. 2 huge window air conditioning units keep it cool year round.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING AREAS: Outdoor table and 6 chairs in screened in pool enclosure.

HEATED POOL: Optional at $25/day. Pool will be 84 degrees upon your arrival for enjoying in the cooler months. Please note this is NOT a hot tub - 84 does not feel like a warm bath or hot tub. If it is warm outside, the pool feels cool. If it is cold outside, the pump does it's best to keep it at 84 degrees but, depending on the temperature differential, it may drop below 84.

Home away from home!

Pretty impressive “guest home”. Had 5 adults and 4 kids and it was perfect space. Good location close to everything. Host were very communicative throughout stay. Only thought was I wish it had a table umbrella for outside and a dry mop for catching pool water on the floor. Our family had a great time.

World Series Week

The location was great, close to grocery store and food places(restaurants and fast food). For families doing tournaments at the Space Coast Stadium about 25 minute drive. The house had plenty of space and my kids that didn’t want to spend the day at the fields loved the pool (12 and 5). The hosts are very prompt about responding to any questions, had a question when we arrived and they called as soon as I sent message. The welcome book was detailed and gave thorough instructions so the question we had was unrelated to that. I would recommend this listing to anyone looking in the area.

Great family vacation

This house was awesome. It was perfect and plenty of space for my family. There were 3 kids 6, 7, 12, and 8 adults. The kids loved the pool and the location was perfect for short drives to the beach, restaurants, and places for all of us to have fun. Everything was great! Communcation prior to arrival was perfect; our questions were answered right away and KC was very helpful. The house is clean and well kept! Beds were comfortable, the layout was perfect, and our 12 person team fit in the house. Everyone slept comfortably. Area had a lot around and we felt safe. We would request the house again if we are back in the area.

The inside were great but the outside need to be clean/pressure wash the pool area were dirty also were the grill located the grill is not in good working order nee a new grill....the pol screen is all torn had a issue with the files...

Great house

This was one of the best equipped house i have rented everyone had a bed plenty of room for the whole family. Kitchen was well stock with any equipment u might need plenty of towel and lots of beach towels. Great place to stay!

The location of the house was good, close to where we needed to be, although it's on somewhat of a busy road (through street). The house itself was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and backyard areas were not quite like the pictures. They were not as clean or as pretty as the pictures. We were in town for a wedding, so it didn't affect our stay at all, but it was disappointing to see. John was very responsive to any issues/inquiries.

Great host

I and my friends rented this property originally for two weeks, and then extended it for three days. The booking process was easy, (although I recommend reading any travel insurance exclusions closely), and the keyless entry to the rental took pressure off of arrival time since you didn't have to meet with someone first to get a key. We happened to arrive a little early, and the host was kind enough to let us in a little early. He always responded right away to any requests and was very pleasant and cooperative. The home was perfect for our needs. There were only 5 of us in the house which can sleep up to 14, so we had plenty of private space when desired. The kitchen was roomy and quite well appointed. The pictures on the VRBO site are accurate. The living area has a nice open feel. The bathrooms and kitchen are nicely renovated. Loved, loved, loved the shower in the master en suite bathroom! The only shortcomings we came across, and no big deals, were that there was no sharpening steel, and not one sharp knife. For someone who likes to cook and has a nice kitchen to use, that is a problem. Luckily I had brought a sharp knife with me for the trip down. Also, there is not enough seating in the living room if more than six people were to rent the home. Although lovely for a refreshing dip, the pool is small to actually swim in, or for more than 4 people at once. A few things outside could use a little TLC, but overall the home was attractive, comfortable, very clean , with nice touches such as soft bath towels; great laundry facilities; starter soaps: dish, dishwasher, laundry; shampoo and conditioner; toilet paper, etc. The location was central to shopping, the beaches, Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo (excellent), Cape Canaveral Cruiseline Port, and only 77 miles to Orlando. The only reason I didn't give the location 5 stars was because we were a little close to a firestation and only 2 blocks from a main road. If someone were a light sleeper, he or she might be affected. We were not. We slept like babies in our very comfortable beds. We would readily rent this home again, and highly recommend this host⁷ and this home, especially if you have a larger group traveling. A special thank you to our host, Andy, for the wonderful service he extended to us.

We stayed for a softball tournament. There was plenty of room with options for teammates to have fun in the pool and rec room. The neighborhood was ok. We had no problems at all. We’d definitely stay again.

Great place for family visits!

We are from Seattle and had a lot of family to visit from Miami to the Villages. This was a great home base where some family could come to us. Large rooms and great room for a family to stay over with their separate area and bathroom. Everything you could need was available, including packnplay and booster seat for table. Would love to stay again in future. Great location, close to stores and beach.

Get away from the snow

It was wonderful to leave the Midwest winter for 2 weeks. The kitchen and other supplies were great. I felt the outside fence and cement could be cleaner otherwise indoors was very clean. Communication was easy and well received. Thank you.

Highly Recommend

Stayed here with multi-generational family for granddaughter’s softball tournament. Kitchen had everything we needed, pots, pans, towels, coffee pot and Keurig! Beds was super comfortable and 5-star hotel quality and what a nice touch to have shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom. We had plenty of room, the kids loved the garage hangout and the pool! Neighborhood was quiet and close to everything, Would certainly stay here again.
