Loved the location - close to the beaches (and the one that allows dogs), Ballard Park, Wickham Park, and many restaurants. Property listing was accurate with nice extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, toys for kids, dog dishes. Huge fenced in backyard. Hosts were super nice and gave us notifications for space launches and restaurant recommendations. Would love to stay here again!

Great Family vacation location

This property was exactly as discribed. It was nicely stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The game room was the family favorite. We loved having access to beach chairs, towels and other items needed for the beach. Communication with the host was great and informed us of several rocket launches that took place while we where there.

Great home with wonderful owners

We are hopeful of booking this home again next year. We were there with family; a total of 10 people with varying ages and had the best time ever. We also had 2 toy Yorkies with us who loved staying there as well. There is everything you would want from a rental and much much more. The home is beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. You will not go wrong renting this beautiful home for any length of stay.

Bday Trip

Brought my 18th yr old daughter and 6 of her teenage friends and my niece to Melbourne beach for the weekend. Wonderful atmosphere and tasteful cozy home. Host was exceptional and communicate well.
