The Kitchen and Living Area The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with a Miele electric induction stove, Miele electric oven, dishwasher, bench seating, coffee machine, microwave, stone countertops, and an 8-seat dining table. The open-plan design seamlessly connects the living and dining areas with direct balcony access and sunset views over the beach. Unwind in the cozy leather lounge, which includes split-system AC, a large smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a refreshing sea breeze when the balcony doors are open. The kitchen and living spaces are located on the top floor.
The Bedrooms and Bathrooms The ground level features three elegantly designed bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The luxurious master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, built-in robes, split-system AC, and a private ensuite. The second and third bedrooms, perfect for couples or children, are furnished with tri-bunks (a single bed over a double). Each room includes built-in robes and split-system AC. The family bathroom is located on the ground floor, while a third toilet is available upstairs.
For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.

Great location and overall good place. However, lots of things werenât working well - air con in main bedroom stopped working and couldnât be fixed, coffee machine didnât work properly and garage remote stopped working. A bit frustrating given the cost. When I arrived I couldntâ get into the garage and host did drive down to give me the key was much appreciated.
Loved our stay here. The property was gorgeous and exactly as pictured. Open plan upstairs, balcony with ocean views and the BEST location. Literally across from the beach, and a 1 min walk to cafes and a yummy dessert and coffee place. Couldnt fault it at all. Low maintenance and easy ro clean and keep clean, great washing machine and dryer and dishwasher and bbq. 10 out of 10. Rooms were a great size. 2 families can stay here and bring a blow up mattress that fits in the master bdr.
