Room was adequately clean. The room we stayed in probably required a deep clean and some general maintenance. Parking was easy enough, however do some research as cheaper parking is available without going through the hotel. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Super easy to use trams and within walking distance to casino, shops and other attractions.

The room was exactly what we needed for two nights in Melbourne. The only slight problem is that we hadn’t realised there would be a lot of noise with the train tracks just outside the room we were in. But other than this, everything was great!

The city location of this apartment is excellent for all trams and especially Southern Cross station. The room I had was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Great view too. It was clean and fresh towels provided and bins emptied on request. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. My only problem was the noise from the nearby train line. Reception gave me earplugs and that worked well! I would definitely return to these apartments next time I am in Melbourne.
