Had been traveling around and seeing Victoria, when we decided to stay in Docklands. Thinking Sebel would represent a good experience, it wasn't up to par with 3 star establishments we'd stayed at. As example, the shower head just flopped because of lack of maintenance. Maybe our expectation was too high due to reputation of Sebel.

Overall the stay was great, good facilities & good location. For the price we were a little surprised with the additional $40 per night for parking when there was no mention that parking would be at an additional cost. Rooms were lovely & clean but the furniture was quite worn & damaged.

The air-conditioner were not working and they never bothered to come fix it after informing them. Didn't get fresh towels having spent 3 nights at the hotel. Lastly they do not have smart tv in the rooms.
