The perfect surprise night away before the Melbourne Marathon. Caroline and the team at Check-in made my teen sons feel really welcome and genuinely interested and excited for them to be racing. The room was perfect, the pool amazing and the level of care and attention to detail exceptional. Thank you very much for helping to create unforgettable memories.

The staff were wonderful and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The only downside was our dining experience - we thought the breakfast was not great quality and the in room dining was also a bit lacklustre.
