THE SPACE

Welcome to our beautiful boutique apartment on the first floor, which used to be a Victorian house. It combines the charm of history with the comfort of modernity seamlessly. Just so you know, this house has been split into two apartments, and the other unit is being prepared for rental.

Our apartment has two spacious bedrooms with queen-sized beds and plenty of wardrobe space. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are combined, making it the perfect place to relax with your loved ones. You can also step onto the balcony and enjoy the breathtaking sunset views. If you'd rather dine out, there are many local restaurants and cafes just a short walk away.

We offer a high-quality Delonghi espresso machine, perfect for coffee lovers. If you cook, we also have a dishwasher for your convenience. For laundry, we have a Bosch washer and dryer combo that can wash and dry clothes in just 60 minutes.

We have a selection of games, puzzles, books, and a Nintendo Wii for entertainment. The smart TV gives you access to popular streaming services like Netflix, Stan, Disney+, YouTube, and Australian digital channels.

Just so you know, while we provide streaming internet TV with a wide range of online content, we do not offer access to terrestrial channels. However, you can enjoy unlimited NBN Fibre HyperSonic (100/40Mbps) internet and a backup 4G router for your connectivity needs.

We have ceiling fans in every room to ensure a comfortable and well-ventilated environment. The large glass doors in the living room open up to the balcony, letting in plenty of natural light and creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Our bedrooms in the loft space have block-out blinds on the skylight windows for extended sleep and relaxation.

Our queen beds are incredibly comfortable, with plush-down pillows, cozy doonas, and a Sherpa Queen Blanket for extra warmth. We've added a luxurious 5cm Bamboo Mattress Topper for ultimate comfort and support. Our bathroom laundry area features a free-standing shower with a refreshing waterfall showerhead and an additional showerhead with multiple settings. The wet area is completed with a large mirror, sink, and toilet.

We provide all the essential amenities you would expect in a serviced apartment, including toiletries, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, cleaning equipment, and kitchen supplies such as tea, coffee, milk, oil, salt, and pepper.

GUEST ACCESS

As our guest, you will have the entire loft apartment. The apartment offers breathtaking city views, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, a bathroom/laundry, an outdoor courtyard, and a first-floor balcony. To ensure your convenience, we have a key lockbox that generates a passcode for each guest. You will be able to check in at any time after 2 p.m. on the day of your booking.

The property has ample street parking, and guests can access their accommodation in private. Our location in Yarraville provides easy access to many cafes and restaurants, a train station, and a cinema, all within walking distance. The city is only a 20-minute train ride, and the airport is just 25 minutes away by taxi.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

The apartment is on the main road, in the heart of the Golden Square or Yarraville village. Despite this, it is surprisingly quiet at night, providing a peaceful, relaxing environment after a day of exploring. You can walk to Yarraville's many cafes, restaurants, train station, and cinema in just a few minutes. The city is only a 20-minute train ride away, and the airport is just a 25-minute taxi ride away.

If you're interested in exploring the area, many nearby attractions exist. Williamstown Beach, Melbourne CBD, and Southbank can all be accessed easily from the Westgate Punt. The Stony Creek Disc Golf Course, Anderson Reserve, and Westgate Golf Course are all within 400m, and plenty of other parks and reserves are located within a few kilometres. The apartment is also within easy reach of museums, shopping centres, and entertainment venues.

Extended Stays: A mid-stay cleaning service costing $100 is required for stays over two weeks. Please vacate the property for three hours during cleaning. This fee can be settled through some booking platforms.
Linen Care: We provide clean and comfortable linens. However, charges will apply for any stains that require extra cleaning or result in damage beyond normal wear and tear. Replaced items are yours to keep.

Security and Compliance:

Security Deposit: By Airbnb policies, a $300 security deposit hold will be processed through our connected app partner upon booking.
