This house offers 3 bedrooms, comfortable living space and a lovely and warm environment. With a fenced in yard for the kids and pets to run around in, you can sit back and relax while the kids play in the sandbox or on the trampoline.

With a short walk from this house, no matter which direction you go, you can be sure to find beautiful beaches! You will find Local gems surrounding the property including Bridgewater Bay, St Johns wood Beach and the Local front beach. The local shopping strip is only a 10-15 minute walk offering locally owned cafes, Grocers and goods stores for all essential needs.

A host of luxury features include heating and cooling in all bedrooms and living room, gas fireplace, heated outdoor shower, large outdoor living and 15 Amp EV charging in the carport.
