The house offers a spacious shared outdoor area, a cosy living room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, two triple bedrooms (each with a double bed and a single bed), a double sofa bed in the open-plan dining area, garden, full bathroom, and an outdoor shower. The white sandy beaches and crystal-clear sea are easily accessible on foot, just by stepping outside. Main services are within walking distance, about 20 metres away. The holiday home can accommodate up to 8 people.



Nearby, you will find San Foca and Torre Specchia with some of Salento’s most beautiful beaches, Torre dell’Orso with its famous sea stacks, Roca Vecchia with the Grotta della Poesia, Otranto with its Aragonese castle overlooking the sea, and Leuca, with Punta Melisio where the Ionian and Adriatic seas meet. The area is served by bars, restaurants, pharmacies, butchers, beach clubs, free beaches, nightlife venues, a pedestrian area with stalls for families, and all essential services. Both the sea and services are easily reachable on foot.
