Located at the heart of famous Madison Ave, the property is just a stone throw`s away to the top Memphis spots. From the local favorite burger joint Huey`s right across the street to the buzzing restaurants, BBQ, live music, and night life in Overton Square, you`ll never run out of things to do!

The property is also just a few minutes away from other must-see local attractions and activities like Elvis Presley`s Graceland mansion and museum, classic Beale Street, Memphis Zoo, Memphis Bridge, and the vibrant Cooper Young to name a few!

LIVING AREA
The open living area is designed to be your resting place after a day of exploring the best of Memphis. The sofa turns into a full bed for some extra sleeping space.

We also have a dedicated workspace and reliable WiFi for your streaming and working needs.

This unit shares an entrance with our 3rd unit, but don`t worry! You have full privacy and full access to your unit.

KITCHEN
The fully outfitted kitchen has everything you need—whether you want to cook a full meal or reheat takeout from one of the incredible local spots nearby or whip up a cup of coffee from our Keurig machine (coffee provided!)


BEDROOM
The master bedroom has a spacious king size bed fit for a royalty. The living room couch also turns into a pull out full sleeper, making the place perfect for 3 people!

Pack n Play and a high chair is available for your little ones!

BATHROOM
Our beautiful bathroom has all the essentials you need for a relaxing shower.

OUTDOOR AREA
You have a shared back porch with comfortable furniture and a BBQ grill if you`re planning to recreate the famous Memphis-style BBQ.

LAUNDRY
There is an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

PARKING
We have spacious parking at the back of the house and street parking is also available.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and compliance with the rules.

1. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; we appreciate it if you would be good neighbors.

2. No parties or events allowed.

3. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

4. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

5. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

6. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.

7. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).

8. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.

9. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit.

10. This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

● Please note that a $75 Pet fee will be applied per pet.

● We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.

● No more than 2 dog, no larger than 40 pounds.

● Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.

● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated.

11. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.

12. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera.

13. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.

14. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.

15. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs.

16. If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation.

Points forts : Propreté
The property was excellent. Walls are a bit thin, so on occasion we could hear the neighbors a bit too well, but considering the listing said that there would be neighbors it was unavoidable. Area was very nice. Wish we could stay longer.
