The room was not clean. The floor was sticky with shoe prints on the floor. In the bathroom, the floor around the toilet still had urine around the rim. Some of the towels had mildew on them. The thermostat had a low battery alert on it. There were multiple issues with the room. The night manager was unable to provide another room because he said they were filled to capacity. There was not a manager available to assist with my concerns. I was very disappointed with my stay.

Standard hotel, no complaints
Overall this hotel was pretty standard. Room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Gym was nice, outdoor pool was closed. Hotel breakfast was okay. Shuttle to airport wasn't running and uber/lyft was hard to get in the area. Staff was very friendly.

Sylvia at the front desk made my stay memorable. Although I was there during a blizzard, she was very helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again because of the great customer service!

Awesome staff
The staff was very friendly.y daughter actually left her purse in our room after check out and they were so kind in helping us find it! Everyone we came across was very nice and professional. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again next time we are in town.
