It also has access to the sunroom. By the lawn is a cozy patio, an outdoor pool, and a BBQ grill for your use outside. NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!
Unfortunately, we were sent a bad entry code and couldnât enter the home. We messaged host (no response) and called the phone number on the front door keyless entry sticker. That company no longer managed the property and we had no other contact info. Luckily the old company was able to track down the existing one and gave us a phone number. We were finally able to enter after 20 tense minutes. The backyard has an above ground pool which was fineâwe knew about it. BUT thereâs something wrong with the pool and it leaked all weekend into the yard. Our dogs had extremely muddy feet every time they went outside and we had no extra towels with which to clean them. While the house is advertised for up to 12 ppl (We had 7) the kitchen was poorly stocked for our group. We had too few glasses, not enough silverware, the oven didnât work well and the front burner only runs at the highest temp so our Christmas Eve dinner burned. The dishwasher stopped working after the first night so we had to do all the dishes by hand with only wash clothsâthere were no scrubbies/sponge (We only had one kitchen towel)We had to do multiple loads of laundry due to the lack of towels (kitchen and bath) and the backyard situation however there were only 2 wash pods so we had to buy pods in addition to kitchen supplies (sponges, paper towels, Kleenex). Iâve stayed in over 15 home rentals and this was by far the worst experience weâve ever had. Poorly stocked, back yard not acceptable for pets -BAD
The issue was with the company we booked with and the up keep on the property. The day of they tried to swap locations which is unacceptable. I booked there for a safe area and they tried to swap it to the hood of Memphis. I had 7 children with me! The pool was supposed to be available and wasnât. I asked ahead remind you. There was roaches, food on the cook wear still. So instead of being able to save money we had to eat out instead of cooking. There was BLOOD on 2 of the beds! The master bathroom shower had no water pressure. So we had to share 1 bathroom with 11 people. There was holes in the wall of the garage. I have asked for a refund and they are trying to give me 20% for the âinconvenience â this wasnât an inconvenience it was a horrible experience in general. I can imagine what the other house looked like considering what this one looked like. I see why the sellers are suing them and swapping companyâs. We travel alot for sports ever have I experienced anything like this!
