I have stayed at this location several times over the past 3 years. This recent trip was an absolute disaster! The bathroom was not cleaned upon check in. I notified the front desk and was moved to a new room. I wake up the next morning to shower only to discover the water pressure was terrible! Like drip terrible and I could not pull up the shower handle. Call downstairs again. Maintenance comes up to tell me the plumbing is old so I would need to pull on the shower handle really hard to turn it on. I still couldn’t get it to work. So I was then moved back into the room I was assigned originally. To my surprise the bathroom was still not cleaned. I turned the water on and I could literally see the dirt sliding down the tub sides and there was hair all over the shower walls. I was sick to my stomach and opted to just shower at my parent’s house. Also, there was so much dirt around the fixtures in the hall. But there was sadly entertainment…apparently the gentleman that was supposed to relieve the day clerk was very late. So the front desk clerk shared that she was tired of this and was leaving. She left with no one available to assist the quest. I’m certain this hotel has to be under new management. It’s definitely not the same hotel I experienced last year. I will never stay here again.

This was an excellent hotel. The staff went above and beyond. I didn’t hear a peep in five days. They had complementary food a couple days. This was a good stay.

The conditions were subpar. We asked for additional blankets and sheets they did not have any. We were told to wait until the morning. When the morning came we inquired again and was met with an abrupt “how many beds do you have? Front desk staff were professional but not friendly. Housekeeping was very friendly and polite. Bathtub was stopped up, water pooling in the tub. Extra cot very uncomfortable and was charged for cot and also charged at extra person fee. Overall not worth the money charged for the hotel.

Room 204 AC makes a loud noise when turning on and the bathroom tub drain slowly. Overall the hotel met my needs.
