Our room was very clean. Everything was well attended. The staff was very welcoming. And the continental breakfast the next day was seriously one of the best we have ever had. Lots of choices and everything was fresh! Definitely recommend this Hotel.

Clean room that felt a bit older. Bed was comfortable enough. Check in was easy and that staff member was friendly. The hot water happened to be malfunctioning at the property on a 35-degree day, so that was a problem. We could not shower without freezing. After bringing that up to the front desk staff during checkout, I requested a water bottle which she said I had to pay for. I thought that was a bit ridiculous after the fiasco with the hot water. I honestly think they should have discounted rooms for all the guests.

I didn’t give 5 stars because carpet on the floors inside the room. I know most times they don’t shampoo the carpet’s therefore with people constantly coming from walking outside no telling what germs you put on the carpet walking in the rooms with shoes on so I believe all hotels should be hardwood floors something you knew would have to be mopped to stay clean
