Lobby staff was good. Elevator was dirty. Paid extra for a high floor and the room was disheveled when we came in-couch was taken apart and carpet was covered in stains. Toilet wasn’t flushing corectly. It was late so we just wanted to sleep. Couldn’t get the room to cool down so tossed and turned. Very ready to leave.

Only stayed one night. Room was clean and in good repair except for a mysterious drip sound that seemed to come from the air conditioning unit. The sound did not start until about midnight and could not be remedied by adjusting either the thermostat on the fan controls. It seemed to be gone in the morning. I notified the front desk at checkout, so hopefully the problem is fixed now.
