Hotel was very comfortable but with the winter storm there was no hot water and we were not aware of that until we checked in and there was no time or energy to find something comparable. Since we booked through Hotels.com we could not guarantee that we could get out money back to fund a stay at another property other wise it was a perfectly lovely hotel with pleasant staff!

The room was very nice. The bed was wonderful. I was disappointed that the lounge was not open. The biggest disappointment was the hallway smelled very badly of marijuana-- it is a very nauseating smell.

Location was close to stores and restaurants. Parking was plentiful. There was also a nicely stocked grab and go area inside where you could get food (microwavable entrees, snacks, and drinks). Aside from that the hotel was very much a letdown. I wasn't expecting luxury but I do expect a chain like this to be clean and properly maintained. Shower curtain was very dirty and had mildew/mold at the bottom, and was not heavy enough to keep water inside the tub. Water ended up seeping into the floor creating a hazard every time someone showered. Had to keep a few towels on the floor at all times. There was no microwave in the room, really inconvenient for families with children. If you're looking for bare basics then this place would likely work. I'd happily have paid a little more to stay elsewhere for a night.
