Quaint and cozy

Nice, cozy house that comfortably fits 5-6 adults. The neighborhood was quaint and in a convenient location, not too far from campus, midtown and downtown. As other reviewers have mentioned, a little more attention to detail & cleanliness would have made this a 5-star stay. A few of the towels had stains and the washcloths were old/ragged. Also, there was shampoo but no soap in the showers. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay!

Great property, fully satisfied our needs

We were very pleased with the property as it provided sufficient, comfortable space. The property managers were very quick to respond to any questions/concerns. It isn't fancy but if you're looking for a place to stay it checks the boxes.

The Celebration

This was a perfect location for me and my family as we celebrate the union of my sister. There are plenty of places to eat, grocery store, and some shopping places too. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and near all the major highways. The plus was the house was only 11 minutes away from the Memphis Botanical Gardens which was lovely!

Classic Memphis family home

This house is as advertised, very cute classic Memphis. We were in town for a family event and really enjoyed staying together in one house. It is very clean and functional with a fully stocked kitchen you can easily cook a full meal, full size refrigerator, newer washer and dryer. There is a nice outdoor patio complete with table and 4 chairs and 2 squirrels running the power lines. The living room seated 6 comfortably. My husband loved the record player. A few things to note, this is a old house and the doors do not shut and stay shut. There is a door connecting the primary bedroom and one of the bedrooms, this one does shut although does not allow much privacy. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house!

Nice stay

It would have been nice to have more towels and dish soap. We didn't have any laundry soap, and had to buy more toilet paper. Also we spent alot of time on the back patio which needs a good power wash. But all it was a clean and nice place to stay.

Great value for a family stay

For the money, this was a great place to stay. I felt like the neighborhood was safe, which is important to me, and the house was spacious. There were only 6 of us, so if there had been more of us, we would not have been as comfortable. It was perfect for us though. As a previous reviewer stated, there are a lot of small, inexpensive things that the owners could do to improve the guest's experience, but I'm not complaining. We got our money's worth and really enjoyed our vacation.

A work in progress

I believe with better cleaning and a little more maintenance this could be a 5 star rental. It had a nice updated, well-stocked kitchen. The bathrooms had plenty of toilet paper, soap & travel shampoo. However, we found ourselves wiping down surfaces, kitchen drawers, inside the frig, etc, In the master bedroom alone I found a former guest's iphone under the bed, along with assorted dust and "crumbs." Also, crumbled kleenex and cobwebs in a couple corners. So in this day of Covid, more TLC would be appreciated. Thanks

The house was exactly as depicted in the pictures. Communication with owners was easy and prompt. Loved walking up to the little grocery/shopping area. Very close drive to everything we had planned for our Memphis weekend.

Terrific Spot!

This is a fantastic property. It’s clean and well stocked. The owners are very quick to respond to any messages. I highly recommend this place. Terrific to cook in with new pots, appliances etc.
