Nice studio apartment close to everything!

The studio was well-appointed and clean. The bed was super comfortable and there was very little street noise while we were sleeping.While we didn't do much walking in the area, we were close to all of the downtown attractions. The free parking in front of the unit was great - it was nice having our car close by. The host was great at communicating. BTW - we highly recommend the Sunrise Memphis for breakfast. Its just a block away!

Excellent communication with owner

Arrived in Memphis during one of their worst winter weather events in recent memory. The lock had issues upon arrival but one quick call and we managed to get me in. Owner arranged for the lock/door to be andjusted immediately the next day, no issues during the rest of my stay. He even arranged for the parking area to be cleared of snow/ice when the majority of Memphis streets were still covered in ice and snow. The owner kept in touch to make sure everything was going well during my stay. Many places in Memphis had no hot water, not an issue here. Like it says in the description, parking is a bit tight, but I never had an issue getting a parking spot. Security gate worked perfectly. All in all, a good experience here.

Great Stay

We stayed for two nights over St. Jude Marathon Weekend. We stayed on the second floor. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Communication with the property owner was easy and prompt. The apartment was clean and quiet. The location felt safe and we enjoyed walking the block to look at the victorian houses.

Great Location!

I was absolutely amazed by how close we were to everything downtown Memphis had to offer. It's also worth mentioning that the location always made sure that safety and comfort were a priority.

The Moose is great

We spent a few days vacationing in Memphis and stayed at The Moose. It was a great home base for us during our time here. The Sunrise is conveniently located nearby and a must try. The Moose Team did a fantastic job with communication and very accommodating our request for an early check in. The complementary water and snacks are much appreciated. 5/5 stars!

Fun, easy, was comfortable

We stayed here for 2 nights on our way to Atlanta for our honeymoon and really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and relaxing base station to go out and explore Memphis and the million dollar row houses across the street are gorgeous to look at.
