With its large, sunny balcony with semi-lake-view dining, the second-floor apartment (with a lift) welcomes visitors to unwind in a lovely holiday atmosphere. The visitors also have access to a big shared outdoor swimming pool where they can relax on sun loungers at their leisure.

The prestigious Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club is 9 minutes by drive. For lovers of nature, the hiking trail to La Crocetta observation deck with breathtaking panoramas of Lake Como is close by.

The Menaggio centre itself provides a charming starting point from which to explore Lake Como\'s attractions. The resort is well-equipped for self-catering stays, with cafe-lined piazzas mingling with real restaurants, boutique gift shops, and supermarkets, all located just a stone’s throw from the apartment’s well-connected location. The resort town also provides a variety of daytime activities, such as kayaking and power boating.
