My room was great! Large, clean, the tub was huge which is great for a tall gal like myself. The hotel itself was super quiet, it's conveniently close to a Facebook shuttle stop, and the restaurant had some great chicken wings.

No self parking. Only $35.00 valet parking. If you do not use valet parking, you will have to find parking on street and walk to hotel. The streets are all red zoned by the hotel. This is located in an industrial part of town, so there is literally nothing to do around hotel. I booked a room with view of bay. It was ok, not impressive because the majority of view from balcony is of a recycling company, other companies. The room itself is new and the bed, lights, bathroom, design of room is very modern. However, the shower did not drain so had to call for maintenance in middle of night. Service was prompt and quickly resolved the issue, but that was an inconvenience. I would return to this hotel because it is new and modern and clean with great staff and service, but will choose a standard room because paying extra for balcony and view of the bay is underwhelming, so it is not worth the extra money. I only stayed one night so I did not get a chance to see the pool area to the outside garden.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. Please note that there is a public parking garage next to the hotel as a self-parking alternative. Fine hotel but way overpriced
I had no complaints with the room or the service. It's a plain wrap/no frills hotel room. The staff was fine and helpful. And if the room rate had been $300 I'd call it a decent deal. But over $600 - for a room that didn't even have a mini bar or a magnifying mirror for makeup in the bathroom, basically no amenities beyond what you'd get in an airport Hilton? Ridiculous. I only stayed there because everything else was booked. I don't plan to go back.
