Une jolie photo avec la vue qui va avec Sinon c'est tout Tout s'est arrĂȘtĂ© il y a 20 ans Simple vitrage des annĂ©es 80 Le linge et les couettes sont tachĂ©s Vaisselle de mamie ÉlectromĂ©nager bas de gamme Le lave vaisselle a un problĂšme Ă©lectrique nous l'avons coupĂ© aprĂšs avoir pris l'Ă©lectricitĂ© dans la poignĂ©e et sur le mĂ©tal de la porte. La piscine pas chauffĂ©e n'Ă©tait pas nettoyĂ©e Ă  notre arrivĂ©e Bref pour le prix ce n'est pas au niveau Certainement trĂšs rentable, une honte de proposer de telles prestations bas de gamme

We had a wonderful holiday. Beautiful villa with stunning views and a great sized pool. My homesick 10 year old said she felt really comfortable, like home. Friendly neighbours too. We are really keen to come back next year!

Trip back to family roots in Menorca

The photos show a beautiful setting near the sea. The house has so much potential- great location to see Menorca from an upscale location. Inside the house shows its age - older furnishings and few comforts found in a home of this level. Be aware there are few items provided- minimal TP, soap. No shampoo, Kleenex, seasonings, one dish washer tab, no paper towels, one garbage bag and a thimble of dish soap. Kitchen was bare and stripped of most items. Master bedroom fan was broken (no a/c) and we notified management. They took two days to tell us it was broken and they weren’t going to fix it. We were told to use the portable fan that only had one speed. Dryer is advertised but it has no heat. The Iron leaks. Overall the house is reasonably clean but needs some love and attention to make it inviting for guests. We have stayed all over the world and this home stood out as providing only the absolute minimum amenities for guests staying a week. Owner was nice and communicative but there seems to be a disconnect with the management company.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful holiday and whilst Manorca is a beautiful island it did lack enough of the types of interests to keep us occupied (if your into water sports/events it’s a great place). The Villa’s location was perfect to access all the main amenities. The villa itself had everything we needed for our holiday, though was lacking some TLC in certain areas, sticking patio door, poolside slabs lose etc, nothing major, but noticeable. Our only true complaint is the some of the electric sockets were broken/lose and sparked when inserting plugs and there was no exterior or pool lighting during dark hours, this made sitting outside a planned event to leave enough internal lights on to manage the various steps to the sticking patio door.

A nice stay in S'Alger

This was our first time on Menorca. The property was as described, clean and maintained. S'Alger is a quiet town, on a quiet road, but has access to swimming via ladder entry, or via a lovely hike to the Cala Rafalette. The location is close to several excellent beaches just a 10-30 minute drive away. It is also possible to walk to dinner. We had hot weather during our stay and it was hard to stay comfortable in the house as there are no screens or AC and leaving the windows open would lead to a number of local insects and mosquitoes getting in. We reached out via text and email to the contacts provided to remedy a hornets nest that was right outside the doors that lead from a bedroom to the pool area that precluded our enjoyment of the pool and the outdoor dining but never heard a response, that was our main disappointment. It was on us for not checking to see if the home offered AC or screens.

our first time in Menorca and deffinatly NOT the last, house was spotles on arrival, comfortable, everything you need, pool was awesome, view was fantastic, peaceful and quiet, short walks to shops and resturants, it was wonderful in all ways, we can not wait to be back, deffinatly reccomend to families and likely to rent this villa again, just perfect
