A quaint café known for delicious breakfast and lunch options. A great place to stop for a casual bite.

Explore one of Georgia’s most scenic state parks with hiking, picnicking, and stunning views.

Most cars can travel with ease around the mountain and surrounding areas.

There is no public transportation.

➤ Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay.
➤ Pets allowed with $50 fee per pet per stay. Max 2 dogs under 60 lbs (pre-approval for larger). No cats or aggressive breeds. Keep pets off furniture, clean up after them, and crate if left alone.
➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.
➤ Firewood is not provided. Please bring your own supply.

1. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; we appreciate it if you would be good neighbors.

2. No parties or events allowed.

3. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards, so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

4. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana, and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

5. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time; violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

6. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this, but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time, and if they are unable to clean, we still have to pay them.

7. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).

8. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a mid-term cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.

9. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit.

10. This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

● Please note that a $50 Pet fee will be applied per pet.

● We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.

● No more than 2 dogs, no larger than 60 pounds. If your pet is heavier than 60 pounds, it will require pre-approval from our team.

● Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.

● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated.

11. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.
