Ses Casetes is a small privately owned complex of 8 semi detached bungalows with a pool situated 250 yards from the stunning beach in Arenal D’en Castell and within easy reach of all local amenities.

Shops, restaurants and the beach are all within a few hundred yards making a car not essential.

The villa consists of 3 bedrooms (two doubles, one twin room) & 1 bathroom with shower over the full sized bath, along with a lounge and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The villa has a private terrace suitable for eating or relaxing outside with a small sofa for relaxing, dining area for 6 people and sun parasol. 6 sunbeds are provided for sunbathing around the extensive pool terrace. There is a large (14m x 5m) shared pool with a children’s section.

Inside the villa there is a central air conditioning unit which is coin operated with 1 and 2 euro coins.

There is on street parking which is free of charge.

petite villa avec piscine, quartier calme
joli emplacement fleuri en bordure du village, sans vis à vis, petite villa mitoyenne avec 3 petites chambes, kitchenette, grande piscine juste à coté, sur les hauteurs d'arenal d'en Castell (belle plage abritée à moins de 10 minutes en descendant des escaliers). fermeture par digicode, climatisation dipsonible mais payante (pièces), mais ventilateurs plafond dans toutes les chambres. Parking un peu problematique. Voisine sympathique et aidante. Sejour tres agreable, nous recommandons cette location.
