This well-appointed home is located in the desirable beach access community of Patrician Shores on Lake Winnipesaukee in Meredith, NH. It features comfortable furnishings, A convenient location, access to a large sandy beach, and a basketball and tennis court.

Inside this renovated home you will find a bright, airy, and well-furnished interior. The home boasts two separate living areas, so the whole bunch has room to spread out. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a three season porch where the dining room table is located, a living area, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Downstairs there is an additional living area and bedroom.

Outside, guests will love using the spacious yard to grill a meal together and partake in yard games. This home is located minutes from downtown Meredith and not too far from the Tilton outlets, public golf courses, several family fun centers, walking trails, marinas, shopping, restaurants and the White Mountains.

Patrician shores

Outdoor deck was not safe especially the steps leading to deck. The house was clean and exactly as it appeared on site. Not enough towels or toilet paper for 7 people. We had to run out and purchase toilet paper, only 2 already opened rolls were at property. Overall a beautiful place and neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Home & Beach Access

Lovely home, neighborhood and lake access! The house was comfortable for our family of 5. Beach was only a short walk from the house. Beach area and lake are very clean. Great for swimming, kayaking (we brought our own) and fishing off the dock for my kids. Neighborhood was great for walking my dog and for my teen to take daily jogs, as folks are friendly and drive slow. Getting some specific details on the house beforehand was terrible as the managers just answered by reading the online amenities list which wasn't detailed enough. The refrigerator got too cold in back and adjustments didn't work. Despite a few issues, we enjoyed the house and our time in the area! We would come back again.
