The rooms are a little small. Not something I would want to stay in on an extended business trip. But the hotel was nice, with a good breakfast. There were some surfaces that hadn't been wiped down in our room and a few issues with the shower door. It didn’t close properly because the top hinge was pulling off the wall. This caused a lot of water to leak all over the floor. Overall I would recommend.

TV Disappointment

Couldn't wait to settle in and watch the Thursday night NFL game. But turned on the TV (DirecTV) and found that NBC and DirecTV could not agree on a new contract so the channel was not available. Not Tru's fault, but was big disappointment. DirecTV also did not carry some other channels I wanted to watch.

Very nice - would stay again.

Nice place. Very friendly staff with clean, comfortable rooms. Nice community areas where people can work or meet up with friends, including a pool table. We'd definitely stay there again.

Keep It Simple.

Why do hotels not pay attention to the bath/shower aspect? I rarely stay in a hotel where the shower head, water temperature, etc. is simple to adjust. Humans in hotel rooms are relaxing, sleeping, showering. That’s about it - the bed and the shower. Pretty simple. Thanks for letting me vent.
