Makkelijke en snelle communicatie met de eigenaar. Leuk Frans huisje maar wel met de normale Franse gebreken/afwijkingen. Vochtplekken, afvoer problemen, lampjes/electra kapot. Soms rare afwerkingen zoals de badkamer met plaklaminaat op de muur. En de wc zat recht boven de bank wat soms ongemakkelijk was.En jammer genoeg was de boiler kapot en hebben we een heel weekend met warm weer enkel koud water kennen douchen.Niks aan te doen volgens de eigenaar, beetje de makkelijke weg voor de volle kosten.

coté positif: la fille de l'hôte qui fait le ménage est très agréable et son père a accepté de nous rembourser 1 prestation ménage car nous avions loué 2 jours d'affilée mais via 2 réservations distinctes. Côté négatif: l'installation électrique est à revoir: pas de va et vient entre le rdc et l'étage, la lumière du lavabo s'allume et s'éteint sans arrêt et les fils du cumulus électrique sont apparents, le capot de protection n'est pas monté (cf photo) , un enfant pourrait y mettre les doigts ! L'étage est très exigu, on doit pencher la tête pour atteindre les lits ou les wc. Et l'escalier empiète sur la moitié du pallier de l'étage (cf photo), c'est à dire que lorsqu'on sort de la chambre, il faut faire attention de ne pas tomber car la moitié du sol est pris par l'escalier. Des travaux ont été faits dans la salle de bains, mais les finitions ont été bâclées, cela a été fait au moins cher. Sinon très calme, dans une impasse, environnement vert très agréable.
